In September 2018, Lebanon Trail Girls in STEM Chapter kicked off their first meeting.	Gilrs in STEM hosted Summer Expo 2018 with sponsorship from DFW-ATW and R2 Technologies, serving over 200 families in the DFW metro area.	Girls in STEM members prepared for the Summer Expo 2018.
Girls in STEM members from Texas Academy of Math and Science volunteered at the "Full Steam Ahead" community STEM event at Wilson Elementary School in Coppell ISD in April, 2018.	Girls in STEM members took professional portraits at IT company Dialexa's photo studio in 2018.	Girls in STEM hosted STEM booth at the Chinese Institute of Engineers MathCount competition in June, 2018.
Girls in STEM received continued support from sponsor DFW Alliance of Women and Technology.	On Feburary 2018, members of Girls in STEM volunteered at the Digital Divas all girls coding event at McKinney High School.	Girls in STEM hosted a full day workshop on electronic engineering at the "Design your world" Girls Conference in November 2018.
